Who is Eleanor White?   A highly intelligent, good woman.  A retired engineer who served two years in U.S. military forces.  Since 1996, White has worked to bring to truth and justice to targeted individuals by exposing gangstalkers who use intimidation and directed energy weapons (DEWs) to harm fellow citizens.  

A DEW-targeted and gangstalked individual with the presence of mind to research and look into everything happening to her.  She wrote extensively on the site, ‘Targeted Individuals Canada,’ about how her journey begins.   Below are excerpts from March of 2001 when Eleanor White wrote, ‘Current Mind Control in America: What We Think is Going On.’

Right up front she notes, “Electronic Mind Control (e-weapons) weapons victims are of four basic types:  1. Guinea pigs  2. Corporate whistle blowers and worker’s comp claimants whose claims expose corporate misdeeds.  3.  Pleasure objects for surveillance and e-weapon holders who are sexual perverts.  4. Unlucky slobs who inadvertently pissed off the wrong person at the wrong time.”  

(Wow, read #2 and stomach dropped.  Gangstalking began the moment applied for medical help for work injuries to hands/arms.  It is definitely one thing to know something, and quite another to hear what has happened echoed by another.   Eleanor White’s #2 type of TI was vindication.  Unconsciously laughed out loud at the library.  Reminded of when… after searching for months attempting to find facts on ANYTHING happening after dog was murdered by energy weapons in first 90 days of DEW targeting, had found BiggerThanSnowden.com and left library feeling ten feet tall.)

White, is of the opinion that persons of interest who are guinea pigs… (targeted individuals) never have the privilege to come face to face with their torturers.

“Tracking and telemetry” are efficient enough to torture through walls and floor she writes, “with silent weapons which can cause enough pain to force suicide and still leave not a single physical trace.”   

A woman being remotely-DEW-raped by an electric pulse on her genitals for 4-5 hours, has a hard time believing such a thing is happening to them, much less being able to tell a close friend.  These people sitting in cars near TI apartments and homes… these ‘neighbors’, and pedestrians stopping for long periods of time behind bushes and trees staring into iPhones… i.e. gangstalkers, BCI experimenters, and those sitting at computer desks in other states orchestrating- will one day have to answer to God for what they are doing here on Earth for money and power.  

Gangstalkers remotely torture, rape, mind-control and soft-kill-murder citizens in the United States.   These ‘murders’ look like suicide, accidents or natural causes.

Eleanor White writes in 136 pages of- ‘The State of Unclassified and commercial Technology Capable of some Electronic Mind control Effects’ in April of 2000, under section I. Limitations:  “The author acknowledges that this article falls short of a rigorous academic paper. This is explained by the fact that all involuntary neuro-electromagnetic experimentees are kept in a sort of “barely alive” condition, with significant health problems, and either unable to work or just barely able to hold a job with limited earning potential. Furthermore, since the perpetrators constantly work to prevent the public from knowing anything about electronic mind control, evidence is obtainable with great difficulty, and often the only evidence is of lower quality than would be accepted for a scientific treatise. In short, everything in this article represents a struggle against immense odds. We ask readers to understand this and hope that those who are not under electronic attack and surveillance will try through independent channels to find better quality proof.” 

In same article, under section III. Mind Control Effects…  Eleanor White writes:  “Since government-backed electronic mind control is classified at the highest levels in all technologically capable governments, the description of effects is taken from the personal experiences of over 300 known involuntary experimentees. The experimentees without exception report that once the “testing” begins, the classified experiment specification apparently requires that the “testing” be continued for life. Many are young seniors, some in their 70s and 80s.

Some have children and the children are often subjected to the same “testing” as their parent(s).

The effects pattern: This article is about unclassified/commercial technologies which can produce some of the effects of the classified equipment, not testimonials, but this much has become clear over time:

– All “testing” consists of unique, carefully engineered-unprovable events to produce psychological stress in the victim. There are no events which do not fit that apparent purpose.

– In every series of stress event type, ONE introductory event of very high energy/effect is staged. The obvious purpose is to be certain the victim KNOWS this is external harassment, and not just “bad luck”. From that time forward, the experimenters appear to apply “Pavlovian training” so that they can get the victim to “jump” (or react in some way) to the same effect at a tiny fraction of the initial “introductory” event.

– This type of testing started during the Cold War, and shows every characteristic of being for military and intelligence psychological warfare purposes.

– This type of testing all points to CONTROL of the test subject. Endlessly repeated words generated inescapably within the skull are just one hypnosis-like experience. – Given that CONTROL is the likely ultimate purpose, INVOLUNTARY test subjects become a necessity. Thus, the phenomenon of people apparently being chosen at random for this “work”.

– Given a requirement for INVOLUNTARY test subjects, the ONLY group with the necessary funds and legal powers is GOVERNMENT. Private contractors are no doubt the main perpetrators to keep the “work” well covered, but without secret complicity of GOVERNMENT, this expensive, extensive, and illegal atrocity simply could not happen.

The effect types categorized:

Here is a list of most of the common effects. It is not exhaustive, but is intended to show the reader how the perpetrators’ pallette of stress effects is broken down. Indent levels are used to show categories and sub-categories:

1. Invasive At-a-Distance Body Effects (including mind) a. Sleep deprivation and fatigue

i. Silent but instantaneous application of “electronic caffeine” signal, forces awake and keeps awake

ii. Loud noise from neighbours, usually synchronized to attempts to fall asleep

iii. Precision-to-the-second “allowed sleep” and “forced awakening”; far too precise and repeated to be natural iv. Daytime “fatigue attacks”, can force the victim to sleep and/or weaken the muscles to the point of collapse

b. Audible Voice to Skull (V2S)

i. Delivered by apparent at a distance radio signal

ii. Made to appear as emanating from thin air

iii.Voices or sound effects only the victim can hear

c. Inaudible Voice to Skull (Silent Sound)

i. Delivered by apparent at a distance radio signal; manifested by sudden urges to do something/go somewhere you would not otherwise want to; silent (ultrasonic) hypnosis presumed

ii. Programming hypnotic “triggers” – i.e. specific phrases or other cues which cause specific involuntary actions

d. Violent muscle triggering (flailing of limbs)

i. Leg or arm jerks to violently force awake and keep awake

ii. Whole body jerks, as if body had been hit by large jolt of electricity

iii. Violent shaking of body; seemingly as if on a vibrating surface but where surface is in reality not vibrating

e. Precision manipulation of body parts (slow, specific purpose)

i. Manipulation of hands, forced to synchronize with closed-eyes but FULLY AWAKE vision of previous day; very powerful and coercive, not a dream

ii. Slow bending almost 90 degrees BACKWARDS of one toe at a time or one finger at a time

iii. Direct at-a-distance control of breathing and vocal cords; including involuntary speech iv. Spot blanking of memory, long and short term

f. Reading said-silently-to-self thoughts

i. Engineered skits where your thoughts are spoken to you by strangers on street or events requiring knowledge of what you were thinking

ii. Real time reading subvocalized words, as while the victim reads a book, and BROADCASTING those words to nearby people who form an amazed audience around the victim

g. Direct application of pain to body parts

i. Hot-needles-deep-in-flesh sensation

ii. Electric shocks (no wires whatsoever applied)

iii.Powerful and unquenchable itching, often applied precisely when victim attempts to do something to expose this “work”

iv. “Artificial fever”, sudden, no illness present

v. Sudden racing heartbeat, relaxed situation h. Surveillance and tracking

i. Thru wall radar and rapping under your feet as you move about your apartment, on ceiling of apartment below

ii. Thru wall radar used to monitor starting and stopping of your urination – water below turned on and off in sync with your urine stream

iii. Loud, raucous artificial bird calls everywhere the victim goes, even into the wilderness

2. Invasive Physical Effects at a Distance, non-body

a. Stoppage of power to appliances (temporary, breaker ON)

b. Manipulation of appliance settings

c. Temporary failures that “fix themselves”

d. Flinging of objects, including non-metallic

e. Precision manipulation of switches and controls

f. Forced, obviously premature failure of appliance or parts

3. External Stress-Generating “Skits”

a. Participation of strangers, neighbours, and in some cases close friends and family members in harassment

i. Rudeness for no cause

ii. Tradesmen always have “problems”, block your car, etc.

iii. Purchases delayed, spoiled, or lost at a high rate iv. Unusually loud music, noise, far beyond normal

b. Break-ins/sabotage at home

i. Shredding of clothing

ii. Destruction of furniture

iii. Petty theft iv. Engineered failures of utilities

c. Sabotage at work

i. Repetitive damage to furniture

ii. Deletion/corruption of computer files

iii. Planting viruses which could not have come from your computer usage pattern

iv. Delivered goods delayed, spoiled, or lost at a high rate

v. Spreading of rumors, sabotage to your working reputation

vi. Direct sabotage and theft of completed work; tradesmen often involved and showing obvious pleasure.”

TI’s are often being disbelieved by those closest to them, because the human mind cannot fathom such evil and horror unless it is experienced.   Will the stalked and targeted ever see themselves again as honorable and respected human beings again, even when they are experiencing such incredible remote torture and induced, repeated, degrading ‘thoughts’ streamed via DEWs to their skull?  YES because though most TIs feel alone… two targeted individuals who do not know each other can relate to the same experiences in print on paper; or print on internet screen. 

The author/artist may never know the reader, listener, or viewer.  Yet a TI’s life can be rescued, their humanity remain intact… even while enduring DEW attacks and gangstalking, because someone was brave enough to share their story.

David Lawson Told the Truth

David Lawson’s book “Terrorist Stalking In American,” 2001 is now out of print. However copies can still be had.  As to how the Network is financed?  One of the ways the author writes, “The operations of many extremist groups are actually financed by corporations which use them to stalk their enemies or potential enemies.  The groups are used as the private armies of those corporations…  In the U.S. someone who is threatening to corporations or industries, like a whistleblower or activist, is likely to become the target of an extremist group.”   Lawson goes on to write about the beginning, existing reason a person is targeted is only due to being on “a list.”  The reason for being on the list doesn’t have to be known to the ground troops.   The Network is ‘for hire’ for “revenge service” as Lawson writes.   Once intimidation gangstalking has begun, the reasons it is kept up or escalated is because of “lies.”

Lawson reports “The ultimate goal of the groups is to destroy the targets.”  That can be done in many ways.  A friend of mine was so gangstalked by the police in his town and by his ‘neighbors’ that he attempted suicide.

This friend in question is no longer the same person they were.  They think and act subjugated and don’t want to do anything their ‘stalkers’ wouldn’t like.   This friend now believes the stalkers have his best interest at heart, and are trying to improve him– though he is and has always been the kindest, most generous person I know.

Now he is broken and has modified himself to be acceptable to the stalkers.  These gangstalker-‘neighbors’ have children, spouses, and parents who visit often or live with them.  For all intensive purposes they represent average American families except they are paid to intimidate, DEW target and harass by any means they can.

Lawson writes that “Groups do not just stalk individuals.  They employ organized programs of harassment which include break-ins, property damage, assault and occasionally, even death.   The children of a target are a favorite.”  The author goes on to write that “The participation of firemen, city workers and utility company workers helps give group members an illusion of legitimacy and power.”   Are first responders educated about new DEW weapons and organized stalking?

David Lawson

From David Lawson’s 2001 book, ‘Terrorist Stalking in America:’   Lawson writes that gangstalker  said… “Who are we?  We drive the ambulances that take you to the emergency room.  When your house is burning, we put out the fire.  We are security guards.  We protect you at night.  You only have electricity, phone and cable service because of us.  We are janitors.  We have your keys.  We fix your cars.  You don’t want to mess with us.”    (I understand the Network is everywhere.  Understand they are dentists, doctors, nurses, lawyers and are in every aspect of our current social/civil life in the United States.  See them targeting because their energy marks them.  They are people.  Caught up in something beyond their control and they do the best they can.   But they belong to the Network and this marks them for eternity.  They have ruined human bodies and lives, ruined homes, ruined cars, stolen possessions, poisoned gardens, destroyed homes, harmed animals- and this marks them forever.  Actions their deceased ancestors (spirits) can see, and angels, and saints.  God is constantly watching.  Their actions and intent mark their energy.  Their energy can be seen.)

The Network gets money from our tax dollars, through wealthy contributors.   The author quotes another gangstalker,  “They can afford to rent property wherever the target lives.  If he (the target) drives across the country, he will be followed by supporters of similar groups in that area.  If he (the target) travels by plane,  group members will meet him wherever he lands in the U.S. They may even accompany him on a plane if they know his travel plan, and there is a good chance they do.”   (When I traveled late in 2016 to visit friends out west…  was attacked with directed energy device on an airplane by the woman and her husband sitting behind me.  Their ‘weapon’ resembled a flashlight.   Do security guards who work for the Network at airports know about these passenger’s  hand held directed energy devices and let them through?  Or are airport security ignorant of these devices and let them onto airplanes?  Anything I put underneath the plane is searched and packing destroyed.  Gifts unwrapped, some broken.   Yet gangstalkers  carry weapons disguised as household items onto planes.  How does this happen today?)

Lawson writes that city and state employees and utility workers, (having their second job with the Network) gangstalking because they feel, “powerless, inferior, and angry.” (I’ve prayed in churches and have had to get up during service to move pews away from my original seat due to directed energy weapon attacks.  Directed by members of the churches I go to.  From experience- believe gangstalkers to be in every aspect of life right beside the rest of us. The rest of us who are, or have been asleep.)

“We are a citizen’s group that helps the police.”  A Network employee told Lawson proudly.   But Lawson writes Network leaders only see ground troops as “disposable.”

As for the gangstalker quoted by Lawson, “You don’t want to mess with us…”  This is what he needs to hear…   Targeted individuals know who their Network gangstalkers are. Targeted Individuals were messed with (assaulted, tortured, raped, brain computer interfaced,) first.   TI’s did not ask to be assaulted 24/7.   If a TI responds to their gangstalker assaults by photographing, naming, and blogging about what is happening and who is doing it- they are not ‘messing’ with gangstalkers, but defending themselves by documenting heinous crimes that are above the law.  Documenting them for justice and posterity.

God will remember all gangstalkers assaulting family, friend and myself and animals.  Throughout space and time.   They will be identified by their energy trails.     Archangel Michael rids the earth of evil with pure joy.  Work done with love.

Thinking

Native Americans called North America ‘Turtle Island.’   The Earth was the sacred Mother.   The sky, Father.  One name for God among the Iroquois was ‘Tioga.’  Such a lovely name.   Everything in nature is  related to us.  We are all the same thing; just different atomic structure: quantities and arrangements.   Native Americans did not need a microscope to see that.  They knew every grass blade had a soul, and that the bear, coyote, turtle, fish and hawk were their brothers.   Everything was part of God.

Fast forward to today where white people still want to control North America and subjugate anyone questioning the new methods of conformity.  When citizens have no free will because they cannot think on their own  due to frequencies bombarding their brains it is just a matter of time before the connection to all living things is broken.  No one is your brother then, everyone is a pawn.  Just little workers. And the wealthy-  those in control.

From ‘‘Terrorist Stalking In America,”  by David Lawson, 2001:   Many people he writes “…do not recognize that they are being harassed by an organized group.  They just think there are a lot of rude people in the world.”   In truth did not understand was gangstalked until a couple years went by and the number of ‘stalkers’ seen were so many realized that there was a coordinated effort to cause great mental stress.  Lawson writes, “Sometimes other members of the family will receive the same treatment.”   Three relatives that I know of are gangstalked, and several of my friends.  One friend recently wrote to me and said that “The number of rude people in the world has suddenly grown exponentially.”   Did not have the heart to tell them.

Lawson records that gangstalking “… involves character assassination from some anonymous individual and is not usually taken seriously by those who know the target. It can be effective with people who don’t know the target… If he (the target) works in any position where he has to deal with the public, there will be a steady stream of customers who complain about him…”   This is compounded by the security sites on the internet that post pictures of persons of interest for stores such as Mall-Wart and other chains like my former employer of twenty years.  If the person of interest is slandered on the security site by a posting of  ‘can exhibit violent behavior and or steal...’ any store the target walks into across the U.S. will be on alert to have a security detail after them during their ‘shopping experience.’  Sometimes the security guards interact with the target through intimidation and harassment or to purposefully elicit some form of criminal behavior.

Noise is another form of intimidation, a harassment used at all times by gangstalkers. Loud music especially coming from ‘neighbors’ homes on a regular basis, especially when the target lays down to rest (through wall radar) or when they go outside their home into the yard.   (Experienced weeks of such loud music and decided to drive with a song blaring about angels and God.   The ‘neighbor’ looked out her home and grimaced.)   It is warm weather, have to shut all the windows everyday due to the loud music playing.  No police ever intervene.

Gangstalkers will never feel what you feel because they lack courage.

David Lawson 2001

Couldn’t sleep last night.  At a friend’s wrote yesterday’s post.  Oddly enough, fifteen people viewed targetedartist.wordpress.com on April 25th, at 2am when I was working on the site.   Cowardly gangstalkers, FBI rogue computer hackers alive and well at that hour?    Fascinating.

At ASU Center for Strategic Communication, Steven R. Corman December 20, 2007 wrote ‘PSYOPS Tech, Voices in your head.’    Corman went to a government workshop and learned of the “Voice of Allah,” but did not believe a word of the story he heard about Iraqi revolutionaries being tested with this new ‘tool.’  Then he writes of seeing a news feature on CNET  regarding a public unwittingly “…exposed to highly focused sound, picked up not by their ears, but by their skulls.  The otherwise inaudible sound waves are experienced via bone conduction- the sound resonates inside the passerby’s head… in the targeted area.”    (Public unwittingly exposed by a research lab to frequencies invading their skulls like experimental guinea pigs.)  This sound system is created by Holosonic Research labs that want to use the ‘tool’ commercially.   At the end of his article Corman decides never again to “...doubt stories heard from defense techno-geeks at government workshops.”

The tool written about is ‘directed sound.’   DARPA (The U.S.’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is also working on a ‘sonic projector.’  ‘The Voice of God Weapon Returns,’ by Haron Weinberger published on 12, 21- 2007 records how in 2007 troops were testing the LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device,) as the new Voice of God weapon.  To quote Weinberger, “Islamic terrorists tend to be superstitious and, of course, very religious.  LRAD can put the “word of God” into their heads.  If God, in the form of a voice that only you can hear, tells you to surrender, or run away, what are you gonna do?”

In his 2001 book, ‘Terrorist Stalking in America’ by David Lawson, he describes gangstalkers he investigates and ‘rides’ with, ‘They are security guards who can let fellow members into places where they would not normally be allowed to go.  They are city workers, who can, in many cities follow a target around all day in their vehicles…‘

Lawson, quotes one gangstalker, “When I get the call, I go to whatever the address is. It doesn’t matter what they (targets) do, they can never get away from us.”  Another gangstalker, “We are like the police except we are ABOVE the police.”

Poem

Last night.  When they stopped, the sizzling ended.  Body still.  It felt like…  A cathedral in the morning.  Dust motes filled with light.  Glowing red stained glass windows.  Towering arches.   Green marble columns.  Carved with mermaids at the top spreading their two tails.   Ancient,  not seen from so far below.   That quiet.  Saints in mosaics staring down in the silence.   Resting…flesh, blood and bone.   Oh glory.   Wonder of wonders.   Existing in peace.   No shaking from electricity.  So blessed still.   Wept.   Thanked God.   Then began… Waiting.  Wondering.   Changing of troops?   See them walking.  Across the street.  To sleep?   Up the hill.  To lay beside a lover,  a spouse?  Rising early, eating breakfast, kissing children, feeling great.  Ready to torture again.   Or is it just a bathroom break?   An all-nighter?   It is after all a job.   Living next door?   Saying hello, waving.   Down the block.   Maybe once friends…   Homes side by side.  Acquaintances.   Or houses separated by acres.  Strangers?  Or living separated by inches behind apartment walls.   People beside each other in structures aiming electricity.   Several.   Many.  Hundreds?   Against one?   Against the thinking ones.   Who are truthful.  Writing what they know.   So gangs of stalkers relieve them of their energy.  For standing up.

Where is God?  God is here!  What cowards do to one, they do to the universe.   Soul  untouchable.   God.  Is everywhere.  All at once.  Everything God created.  Nothing can touch God!   Stillness.

Michigan law against DEWs

In the United States in Michigan there are laws as of January 1, 2004 to sentence a perpetrator owning or trading directed energy weapons by non-government entities as the same criminal act of owning or trading weapons of mass destruction.  There are also laws for using these weapons to harm targeted individuals.  Below is the State of Michigan laws against DEW’s and BCI: (directed energy weapons and brain computer interface.)   In bold face are the assaults my family, friends and I have experienced.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:  BILL No. 4513   

(a) “Chemical irritant” means solid, liquid, or gas that through its chemical or physical properties, alone or in  combination with 1 or more other substances, can be used to produce an irritant effect in humans, animals, or plants. 
(b) “Chemical irritant device” means a device designed or intended to release a chemical irritant.
(c) “Computer”, “computer network”, and “computer system” mean those terms as defined in section 145d. 
(d) “Deliver” means that actual or constructive transfer of a substance or device from 1 person to another regardless of any agency relationship.
(e) “For an unlawful purpose” includes, but is not limited to, having the intent to do any of the following:
(i) Frighten, terrorize, intimidate, threaten, harass, injure, or kill any person. 
(ii) Damage or destroy any real or personal property without the permission of the property owner or, if the property is public property, without the permission of the governmental agency having authority over the property. 
(f) “Harmful biological device” means a device designed or intended to release a harmful biological substance. 
(g) “Harmful biological substance” means a bacteria, virus, or other microorganism or a toxic substance derived from 
or produced by an organism that can be used to cause death, injury, or disease in humans, animals, or plants. 
(h) “Harmful chemical device” means a device that is designed or intended to release a harmful chemical substance. 
(i) “Harmful chemical substance” means a solid, liquid, or gas that through its chemical or physical properties, alone or in combination with 1 or more other chemical substances, can be used to cause death, injury, or disease in humans, 
animals, or plants.

to cause harm to others or cause damage to, destroy, or disrupt any electronic or telecommunications system or device, including, but not limited to, a computer, computer network, or computer system. 

The act took immediate effect. Under order of the Clerk of the House of Representatives, Secretary of the Senate and Governor.

Rao ask, “How close are we to Elon Musk’s brain-computer interface?”  in an article for ‘The Conversation.’  Wu and Rao write that this is a prospect “… most people today wouldn’t consider.   Considering ethics now,  before radically new brain technologies get away from us.”  They worry about damage to the brain with implants delivering electrical current inside or to the brain.   Reporting that a lot of BCI (brain computer interface) incorporates electrodes  surgically attached inside the skull to this day.

Wu and Rao suggest it is like learning to ride a bike when magnetic pulse is delivered noninvasively for BCI.   But have they ever experienced a ‘noninvasive’ magnetic pulse to the brain?  Probably not.  Both journalists like Elon Musks’ injectible neural lace.   And suggest nanowire-based probes, neuron scaffolds, flexible biocompatible fibers and arrays, and glassy carbon interfaces  ‘… may also allow biological and technological computers to happily coexist in our bodies in the future.’

Barely touching on  the fact that Elon Musk believes if we don’t enhance our brains with something like a neural lace then AI (artificial intelligence) will take over and humans will be left behind.  They never report or speculate on how unsuspecting U.S. citizens are being used experimentally today to license these products.  Or that one day millions will be covertly subjugated by these purposefully addictive frequencies that encourage internet/iPhone users to stay glued  to their devices.

For non-thinking journalist… why do they always include in their articles on cutting edge tech that these products will be read ‘one day…’?   Instead of reporting the truth by interviewing and doing investigative reporting on  the millions of TIs around the globe this is happening to today?

If I were to contact these two journalists and tell them that targeted individuals have already been brain computer interfaced in the privacy of their own homes against their freewill by remote streaming, they would never believe it.

It is interesting to read articles like this one, or listen to Ted Talks– where reporters and scientists are ‘oh, so excited‘ about BCI technology…  They all fail to realize that these same technologies are being used by organized crime/security networks inside the borders of the United States.

All the virtual and BCI helmets produced today in labs and on the market as toys– cannot erase the horror when the same technology is used (minus helmet) to remotely STREAM: BCI to an unwilling human experimental subject’s brain called a TI.

Today remote BCI can upload, map and mine into a computer by streaming electromagnetic weapons all the info a human brain has.   BCI technology is the ability to remove freewill from the human race.  Freewill is the greatest gift God gave us.

Are a good percentage of U.S. citizenry nothing more than involuntary guinea pigs being experimented on for the ‘good of our country?’  For domination over the rest of the world?  For control?  Power?  For greed?  In the eight months I’ve been researching the bizarre things happening with computers, invisibility suits and weapons, gangstalking, and electromagnetic directed energy weapons- read only a handful of news reports ethically constructed concerning this issue where the journalist has any compassion whatsoever for the humanity experimented on.

It is absolutely unpardonable for nations today to spend over half their tax dollars on covert and black-op programs.

We believe the days of Genghis Khan are over where a few cruel men ruled the world.  But nothing ever changes, history repeats itself.  Tyranny is alive and well.

Why

Why isn’t there a law on the Missouri books against the use of invisibility suits, electromagnetic weapons and brain computer interface?   Are we still living in the 1950’s in this state of the union?   Or are these weapons and this system of subjugation of Missourians so embedded in the state’s economic structure that it would be impossible at this point to stop the Network from functioning in Missouri?

It is hard to believe that in this day and age, laws governing high end technological weapons are not being made.  Perhaps that is because if you ask the military or our government, or the FBI, CIA or NSA among other entities… they will tell you the invisibility suit, directed energy weapons and brain computer interface machines are still in the research labs and not on the streets.

Where are all the United States citizens who need to be questioning the black out of information in our TV news, on the internet and in newspapers about these weapons?  Perhaps because the public is existing and living out their lives all ready interfaced to their TVs, internet, iPhones, iPads and who knows what else.  Had it not been for the targeting with electromagnetic weapons and brain computer interface for eight months; I would be one of the ignorant, unquestioning U.S. citizens.

Will never hold against our sleeping citizenry their inability to know the truth.  And it may be too late to stop what is happening.  To stop the total subjugation, control and manipulation of the entire population of our country in the near future.

So how must that feel… to know that the free will of the majority of the United States has been taken away, or will soon be taken away….   while the perpetrator walks among them.   For some in the Network,  I imagine they must feel like gods. For others I imagine it is frightening and lonely.  Have read where gangstalkers (and their families) are threatened with their lives or being targeted themselves- if they deviate from their appointed work.  I’ve seen and talked with many of them assaulting me.  They are like automatons.   Actors.   They are the ground troops in the greatest military effort in history to rule the world.

Old, white men continually  pine for ‘THE GOOD OLD DAYS.’   They want the America of  white male supremacy, unequal opportunities for women-and minorities… total control.   That sums it up.

This wonderful article published March 16, 2014- “Psychotronic and electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System,” for Global Research by Mojmir Babcekonly addresses the global torture of persons with directed energy weapons, and the U.S.’s participation in keeping them covert.   Babcekonly writes:  “We can only stress again that the world media avoided publishing the full scale of the progress in the research of the remote control of human nervous system. Dr. Robert Becker, who was twice nominated for Nobel Prize for his share in the discovery of the effects of pulsed fields at the healing of broken bones, wrote in his book “Body Electric” about the experiment from 1974 by J. F. Schapitz, released due to the Freedom of Information Act request.    J.F. Schapitz stated: “the spoken word…may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain- i.e. without employing any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously.”

Babcekonly writes that, “In November 2000 the Committee on Security of the Russian State Duma stated that capabilities enabling remote control of the human nervous system or the remote infliction of health impairment are available to many modern governments.   It is rather evident that those technologies are used, in conflict with the Nuremberg code, for experiments on unwitting human subjects. In 2001 the newspaper of the U.S. army, Defense News, wrote that Israel was experimenting with those weapons on Palestinians.   As well ousted Honduran president Manuel Zelaya, while under siege in Brazilian embassy in Honduras, complained that he had been subjected to an “electron bombardment with microwaves” which produces “headache and organic destabilization,”  from the Guardian newspaper October 2008.”

Global Research’s Babcekonly reports in 1974 that,  “In the USA, at present several hundred people complaining of the remote manipulation of their nervous system are preparing a class action lawsuit against the FBI, Department of Defense and other agencies, requesting them to release files pertaining to their persons, detect the harmful radiations aimed at their bodies and sources of those radiations… Why has this research remained classified until present time? ”  

Indeed why?   Yet over 42 YEARS AFTER THIS 1974 report publication, there is still a news black out in the U.S. over invisibility suits worn by humans, used covertly to subjugate citizens with directed energy weapons and BCI (brain computer interface) by unscrupulous members of the government, military/medical, wealthy corporations, city utilities, etc. for experimentation and retribution.

While the U.S. congress and the men in the office of the U.S. president in the last 42 years have never banned mind control weapons.   The European parliament passed a resolution in 1999 calling for a world wide ban of manipulation of human beings and a reaction to the construction of HAARP in the U.S.   Then STOA-  European Parliament’s Science and Technological Options Assessment of 1974- claimed the U.S. promoted use of DEWs (directed energy weapons.)  

But US citizens never hear this kind of news.  Why?

Babcekonly writes, “In October 1999 NATO announced a new policy on non-lethal weapons and their place in allied arsenals” (pg. xlv) and it goes on:  “In 1996 non-lethal tools identified by the U.S. Army included… directed energy systems” and “radio frequency weapons”   From the European Parliament at the bottom of the page, second reference pg. Xlvi.   Directed energy system is further defined by the STOA document:  “Directed energy weapon system designed to match radio frequency source to interfere with human brain activity at synapse level“  (at the bottom of the page, first reference, Appendix 6-67). Since 1999 those weapons have been upgraded for another 13 years…  The use of mind control technologies was predicted as well in the publication of Strategic Studies Institute of the U.S. Army War College, published in 1994 “

If the American public knew what was happening in our country and around the world, perhaps today, right now a stop could be put to all the remote DEW torture inflicted on the bodies and minds of upstanding American citizens.  The author reports the same:

“The attempts to make the general public acquainted with the existence of those weapons are, with respect to the fact that it is evident that democratic public would require immediate ban of those technologies, systematically suppressed. Vladimir Lopatin wrote:  “The arms race is speeding up as a consequence of classification.
