Human Trafficking of TIs

A turning point on human trafficking came in 1951 when the UN Convention for ‘Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others‘ went into effect. Only 66 countries have joined the convention as of 2023.

One new site National Today reported: “World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, observed on July 30 every year, is a holiday set aside for the sensitization of global citizens to the human trafficking pandemic. Human Trafficking involves recruiting, transporting, and possession of human individuals through coercion or other fraudulent means to exploit them for profit. Anyone can be a victim of this heinous act regardless of age or background, and human trafficking is present all over the world.”

Targeted Individuals are human trafficked when without their consent, neuroweapons that effect every nerve in their body- effecting them neurologically from remote distances. This streamed energy attack can be done within 500 feet or less, causing remote injuries, remote torture, and remote rape. Brains can be ‘mapped and mined’ in this same streamed manner, and brain wave data uploaded into computers.

Some TI remote-rape victims are entrained while being violated and have heard V2K conversations about their ‘data’ being ‘sold’ to the ‘highest bidder’. What data, and how can that happen? If you look on the public internet sites, such a thing would be as easy as exchanging money for a USB flash drive containing the brain wave data or EMP data of a TI.

In our world today, animated visual software can be used as a special effect rendering a physical body during live-time video into computer generated imagery. Below is a photo of a CGI:

Computer programs generating realistic images of moving humans are being advertised on the internet today.   At just one site below, it is noted that a “MetaHuman can be created in minutes, you don’t have to spend months developing characters.”  And “MetaHuman presets are based on pre-existing scans of real people and only physically plausible adjustments can be made—so creating realistic digital humans is easy. With a huge range of facial features and skin complexions, plus many different choices for hair, eyes, clothes, and more, you can create a truly varied array of characters.”

However, U.S. classified technology is lightyears ahead of such commercial and public tech. Most probably a human’s electromagnetic pulse that is locked and loaded into classified directed energy weapon brain computer interface data can render the same CGI live-time for human trafficking profits. –Perhaps this is one the most private, invasive forms of ‘possession’ and violation that a person can experience in human trafficking imaginable on Earth today?

On February 24, 1974, Dr. Jose Delgado, an MKULTRA experimenter and Director of Neuropsychiatry, at Yale Medical School is recorded on Congressional Record No. 26, Vol. 118, to have stated:  “We need a program of psycho-surgery and political control of our society.  The purpose is physical control of the mind. Everyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically mutilated… The individual may think that the most important reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point of view.  This lacks historical perspective… Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal.  We must electrically control the brain.  Some day armies and generals will be controlled by electrical stimulation of the brain.” Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado’s photo below:

But how is the above human trafficking taking place in cities all across the United States? With authors like Whitney Alyse Webb writing ‘One Nation Under Blackmail’ volumes 1&2 published in paperback in 2022, subtitled: “The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Organized Crime that Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein (Vol. 2)” -Such books make it possible to see how human trafficking is the crime that has become the biggest money maker condoned by governments.

Just how much PROFIT is made using ‘listed’ US citizens and TI’s as involuntary experimental subjects? Investment banker and former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in the George H.W. Bush administration- Catherine Austin Fitts wrote- ‘If you follow the money’… there are two civilizations/cultures living in the US. One is covert using human trafficking, invisible weapons, drugs and organized crime to fund black op endeavors. While the other ‘culture’ is innocent of these endeavors and subject to them, working 40 hours a week and paying taxes.

While some perps are ‘neighbors.’ Other perps park in cars on streets. Perps sit in the same restaurant a TI might meet friends at, or work in an office below or above, where a TIs works. Some of them use a military program in their iPhones and, or laptops that delivers streamed invisible frequencies that lock, load and deploy microwave energy… to the victim’s EMP, from cell towers or satellites. Or their hand-made weapons that use energy such as magnetic, or sound waves, can look like flash lights with a metal, swirled, cone-shaped nozzle (instead of a light), on the front end. Do law enforcement agencies, FBI, first responders, FUSION centers and DHS create a list of ‘persons of interest’ that become involuntary experimental human subjects called TIs? State Rep. This post is evidence of extreme hacking, as there are no paragraphs even though I have edited and republished this post twice. No paragraphes makes it very hard to read. Why has this post on rape been hacked the worst? Because there is much money to be made from the live and recorded DEW remote torture and rape many TIs experience, and truth published hurts. Photos in the post have been moved into odd positions that cause breaks in the writing, and data has been removed, including links. -This very human trafficking post you are reading now, has also been interrupted greatly due to computer shutting down, odd effects happening in blog site while writing and the need to constantly move and work at other public library computers due to this hacking, and the shutting down of computers.

Even though July 30, 2023 was ‘World Day Against Trafficking in Persons’ nothing seems to have been reported in the Springfield, MO news media about it, though there are many TIs in this city, and it’s crime rate among US cities is in the top 25 most violent personal and property crime ridden places to live.

A USAID official website of the US government issued a press release Sunday , July 30, 2023 reporting: “Today, we mark World Day Against Trafficking in Persons amid a string of developments in trafficking cases across the world in the last month… (only one of them from the US) in South Carolina, two individuals were sentenced in federal court for labor trafficking and fraud, after bringing 55 Mexican nationals to work on their company’s farms, confiscating their documents, and forcing them to work 90-hour weeks without the wages, meals, and medical care they were owed…” 

“These stories show the global nature of human trafficking – a phenomenon from which, unfortunately, no community is truly safe. Traffickers exploit people of all backgrounds, compelling human beings through force, fraud, or coercion to work for little to no pay or perform commercial sex acts. And traffickers are getting frighteningly good at what they do, aided by sophisticated technology and growing rates of conflict…”

But ABSOLUTELY, nothing was reported by the USAID about the human trafficking of US citizens or world citizens who are DEW remotely raped and tortured with microwaves, radio waves, sound and magnetic waves, and neuroweapons, DEWs and BCI.  –Thank you USAID at- https://www.usaid.gov/press-release/jul-30-2023-world-day-against-trafficking-persons

Though directed energy weapons were reported in the New York Times before many laws against human trafficking were made, none of the laws created serve or protect Targeted Individuals who are victims of nonconsensual human experimentation and human trafficking.  On March 23, 2003 Marshal Sella at NYTs wrote, ‘The Sound of Things to Come.’  An interview with millionaire inventor Woody Norris (photo above) -quotes him as bragging that his “nonlethal weapons” can “…instantaneously cause loss of equilibrium, vomiting, migraines- really, we can pretty much pick our ailment.”

The NYT’s reader is astounded when Norris literally targets a woman at a San Diego mall while Sella is watching: “Watch that lady over there,” he says, unable to conceal his boyish pride for the gadget in his giant hand.  “This is really cool.”  Norris aimed a gadget at a shopper 200 feet away who stops walking, and looks around confused by the sounds of a rainforest in her head.  Sella wrote: “Look at that,” Norris mutters, chuckling as the lady turns around.  “She doesn’t know what hit her.”  Below photo of ‘Woody’.

Elwood G. Norris, (above) became wealthy by selling his inventions to the US military industrial complex. Most corporations in the complex have contracts with the US government, paid for with US tax dollars. Norris was born in 1938, joined the US Air Force in 56′, trained as a nuclear weapons specialist at University of New Mexico, became director at Engineering Experiment Station at University of Washington in 59′, and in 2005 won the Lemelson-MIT award for inventing ‘hypersonic sound’.

Norris has said he sold “millions” of his inventions that are produced and marketed inside US borders. NYTs journalist Sella, noted besides the US military’s interest in his HyperSonic Sound weapon, that “Disney is nuts about it!” Other companies contacting Woody about his products back in 2003 were “Wal-Mart, McDonald’s, Dolby Laboratories, both Coca-Cola and Pepsi, major TV networks and film studios, cellphone makers and museums all over the world, to say nothing of the world’s big-ticket speaker manufacturers.”

What does the US Department of Justice have in the way of laws for Targeted Individuals regarding human trafficking?

The US Department of Justice report from January 31, 2022 defined Human Trafficking as the exploitation of a human being for commercial sex, labor, and services.  Under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, human trafficking takes “two forms”: 1. “Sex trafficking is the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age. (22 U.S.C. § 7102(11)(A)).”

2. “Forced labor is the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery. But again the US DOJ has nothing specifically for Targeted Individuals who have suffered extremely wicked and cruel acts for decades within US borders by US perps armed with ‘nonlethal weapons’. Why are TIs discredited and at times endure further harm by US authorities when they bring documented crimes against them regarding their attacks and are placed in 96 hour evaluation holds? Why is NOTHING EVER DONE by US authorities to PROTECT AND SERVE US citizens who are Targeted Individuals?

What does the UN say about the unsympathetic way human trafficking crimes are dealt with? The UN asserts, that “To end human trafficking, we cannot allow this crime to be met with increasing indifference and impunity.   (My highlighting.) “We must strengthen resilience against exploitation and the underlying socio-economic and cultural issues that are conducive to trafficking. We must sensitize everyone to the topic of human trafficking and thus push attention towards those who can make a difference in terms of changing policy and national resource management to strengthen prevention measures, improve identification of victims, increase support of survivors and end impunity.”  -Thank you United Nations at https://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/endht/index.html

Today, the UN posted it’s 7-30-23 slogan – “Reach every victim of trafficking, LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND, end human trafficking.”  At their website, the UN notes, “The campaign for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 2023 aims to raise awareness of disturbing developments and trends identified by UNODC and calls on governments, law enforcement, public services, and civil society to assess and enhance their efforts to strengthen prevention, identify and support victims, and end impunity.”

How wonderful the UN mentions governments and law enforcement, public services and civil society should increase their efforts to assist people who report what is happening to them! Soon we will have AI running everything, yet our humans in US government, law enforcement and city councils/mayors absolutely still refuse to that acknowledge Targeted Individuals and directed energy weapons exist inside the US? Or that TIs are human trafficked? Why?

The UN defines what they mean by their slogan:  “In the context of trafficking in persons, leaving people behind means… 1. Failing to end the exploitation of trafficking victims.  2.  Failing to support victim-survivors once they are free from their traffickers.  And 3. Leaving identifiable groups vulnerable to traffickers.”  

The UN notes that to stop human trafficking the whole world must commit to its elimination and awareness raised, specifically as mentioned in laws SDG 5, 8 and 16. Under SDG 5, 8 and 16 we find excerpts:  “Eliminate all forms of violence against all women and girls in public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual, and other types of exploitation…” (There are also TI and non-TI boys and men who suffer sexual exploitation.)  “Take immediate and effective measures to eradicate forced labour, end modern slavery and human trafficking and secure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labour, including recruitment and use of child soldiers, including recruitment and use of child soldiers… End abuse, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of violence and torture against children.”  Still no mention of TIs. -Thank you United Nations at https://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/endht/index.html

In the US there are all kinds of laws about human trafficking, but none regarding TIs. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has human trafficking laws dealing with the rights of workers for instance. And there is one law where only US government employees attacked with ‘neuroweapons’, are acknowledged in a bill called “Helping American Victims Afflicted by Neurological Attacks Act of 2021 or the HAVANA Act of 2021” The bill assists only with ‘qualifying injuries’ of brain, back and heart, and does not deal with human trafficking, or civilian TIs.

There are also laws in the states of Minnesota, Maine and Michigan against directed energy weapons, but they do not deal with assisting the victims human trafficked by DEWs.

In Missouri there are human trafficking laws, such as the one that posters must be hung on bathroom doors in specific locations to alert human trafficked victims that they can receive assist by calling a phone number. Another Missouri law is specific to the tampering of legal documents to alter birthdates and origin of birth, etc. for human trafficking. The Missouri Department of Public Safety also has a few laws about how to create a council for specifically dealing with sex trafficking, and child sexual exploitation. However could find no laws acknowledging Targeted Individuals, or banning directed energy weapons.

Most of the human trafficking laws represent the physical ‘possession, restraint, slavery, servitude, and prostitution of victims.’ But not the remote, streamed ‘possession, restraint, slavery, servitude, and prostitution’ of victims by directed energy devices.

With neuroweapons nothing is private and nothing is sacred, any part of a human body and brain can be stimulated, manipulated, controlled and harmed physically.

Sweet God, protect, love, guide and heal each TI- man, woman and child, and their territories, tools, vehicles, animals and plants… God, thank You for blessing and forgiving our attackers for many are criminally insane and some have broken their oaths, therefore many know not what they are doing. Kiss their foreheads God, awakening them to Your omnipotent power, and touch their hearts God, with Your divine love so they may know and understand Your true spiritual nature and reality, as well as their own.
