Below is a true story told in such a way as to protect the victim: A TI we will call ‘Ella’ wanted to share very private information to benefit other TI’s who may be experiencing same but can’t talk about it. Some non-TI-readers may find this post offensive and should stop reading now.
‘Ella’ is a resident of Springfield, Missouri for fifteen years who became targeted with directed energy weapons and brain computer interface in 2015. She agreed to our conversation being recorded. Excerpts from transcript of recording from 5-10-2018:
Ella- “Was sent a post of your blog targetedartist.wordpress.com by a friend and started reading. When I found your address, decided to come by.”
Joe- “Only met one other targeted individual socially, so glad you are here. One TI arrived in support of a hearing at the Springfield City Administration building over the Internal Affairs report filed… and really enjoyed meeting them.”
Joe- “Ella, why do you think you became targeted with directed energy weapons?”
Ella- “I quit a cashiering job at __________ (big retail store.) Worked there ten years. There was a lot going on that was not ethical and they knew I knew about it… Strange things started happening after I quit working there.” We discussed gangstalking, and Ella’s new job.
Joe- “Did you go to the police? Weeks after becoming targeted, not knowing what was happening called fire department for a free home safety inspection. It felt like electric current running suddenly. My dog died soon after. That was a mistake. It was a mistake to seek any assistance for this type of crime from law enforcement or public officials. But knew nothing about targeting back then.”
Ella- “I don’t have any pets luckily. I heard about targeted individuals from the same friend who gave me your blog address. He is always talking about what is happening in the world. Because I never listen to the news. TI’s are never reported on. Everything sounds like fluff in comparison. So, if we get a coffee out -he is always informing me about the latest developments in technology and politics. I also knew the police tend to want any TI in a mental institution or something.”
Joe- “To perhaps discredit what we say?” We discussed Springfield, Missouri police and other TI issues… Ella mentioned BCI. “What happens when you are brain computer interfaced, Ella?”
Ella- “Well that is just it… it feels like I’m being interrogated. As if I’m a bad person. But I’m not. I can hear voices of people who ask me questions. And usually this is going on when they are electronically ‘sexing’ me. All done remotely to me. Sometimes I’m hurt and a lot of other times I’m not. While I’m trying to control what is happening physically, they take advantage and ask questions.”
Joe- “How do you handle all this?”
Ella- “I don’t. Just pretend it is happening to someone else. I don’t want to recognize it in the daylight either. And I can hear them talking when they are ‘sexing’ me, but it seems as if they don’t understand I can hear them talking! I’ve never heard the things they are saying from any TI information site, or YouTube video. It is bizarre.”
Joe- “What are they saying?”
Ella- “Will you believe me?”
Joe- “Absolutely. I usually call what you are experiencing ‘rape.’ But a couple times have called it ‘sexing.’ Sometimes using the word ‘rape’ becomes too repetitious. People should understand everything happening to TI’s is insane. And we are just relating insane truths. One insanity done to TI’s is remote electronic rape.”
Ella- “Last week they were ‘sexing’ me almost every night. And I actually saw inside of my brain a virtual character of myself on a computer screen while I was interfaced. As if people ‘sexing’ me watch this virtual reality character so they don’t have to see how they are actually violating my real body and mind. As if they are not really connecting with the fact that they are doing this to a real person because they aren’t even in the same room with me. And without my permission. It is illegal. It is a crime.” Ella talked about how the virtual reality character looked about eighteen years of age and that, “She seemed to be experiencing everything I did.” Ella said when her own body moved while being ‘sexed’ the virtual reality character moved exactly the same. If Ella made a sound, it came out of the virtual reality character’s mouth.
Ella- “Then I heard one of the voices always present talk to somebody else in the background. But I could not hear this other person clearly when they spoke. Both discussed ‘my domain’ would be sold to the ‘highest bidder.’ That the highest bidder would own my “virtual reality domain.”
We talked about the Network (or Collective) making lots of money off involuntary experimental subject’s from their electromagnetic frequency-information card or package turned into a product to be sold. In this case Ella’s ‘product’ is a sex crime of rape sold as pornography.
Told Ella that an MIT Journal reported frequencies for mind manipulation had to be interwoven specifically for each test case. MIT was working to control artificial limbs and doing mind experiments- on animals and humans. Using multiple frequencies and underlying electromagnetic patterns merged into one vibration by ‘weaving’ the EMF strands so to speak. Each lab subject had their own trigger frequency. This way a person remotely mind controlled could never be ‘triggered’ to do a certain mind controlled behavior by coming into contact with any other frequency. Unfortunately the target might also find it impossible to decode their frequency and be free of mind control because of hidden EMF patterned codes chipped into them.
Asked Ella what non-TI’s might want to know about her. “Ella do you take any drugs or use alcohol?”
Ella- “No. Unless it is a celebration or holiday, then I’ll have wine if served with a meal.”
Joe- “Have you ever been institutionalized or taken anti-psychotic drugs?”
Ella- “No, I don’t believe in going to a counselor. That is what friends are for.”
Back on topic, Ella said she could tell when different persons were remotely ‘sexing’ her. Both Ella and I wondered if the people using TI’s during rape, were able to feel the TIs pain. Or if they just played their victims like a video game.
We talked about how the same cowards torturing and slowly murdering targeted individuals would also be insane enough to sell a TI’s mind/body coordinates in a card to the highest bidder.
Ella- “The night after I heard about programs being “sold” -they did something they never had before to me. After I laid down for the night, my hands started twitching as usual. This always lets me know when jerks are experimenting- and putting me in a trance. They do this as a test to see how in control of me they are. Sometimes my head is turned quickly to the right or the left, like I’m a puppet…”
Joe- “Does this freak you out?” (Interrupting.)
Ella- “I am in a complete state of sleep or something and can hear myself breathing deeply. But I’m also extremely wide awake inside on a different level ‘watching’ all this happen. What is being done to me IS NOT me. It is manipulation of me. When if first started happening I wouldn’t lay down at night. Or I went to friend’s homes to sleep, or stayed out late. Then just got tired of not being home, was spending lots of money for about a year staying away from home. This programing started up again once I began spending the night in my own bed.” Ella has lived in the same apartment for fifteen years.
Apologized for interrupting Ella. Ella: “A night later it was like they were turning a dial and watching the responses in my body. Switched from, pain, fear, pleasure, and all these different reactions. This was done a couple minutes at a time. Like they were jotting down- or showing someone else what frequencies would ‘play’ these feelings or emotions in me. It was clear they were training someone how to ‘work’ me. While recording this information into the machinery of my ‘program.'” We sat in silence for a while.
Joe- “That is what the Network is all about... These programs could be activated as needed, or wanted and otherwise kept on a shelf.” We talked about other experiences TIs puts up with.
Ella said she had to get going. “Thanks for letting me visit with you.”
Joe- “Any time. Thanks for telling me what you have been through. I’m sorry this is happening… Isn’t it horrible when well-meaning people say “I believe that you believe what you are saying.”
Ella– “Yes. So what do you think of what I’ve told you?”
Joe- “Ella, there are many sites and blogs, including mine that have targeted women talking about their remote, electronic-rape. And some of them are raped often. And every one is different. Targeted men are also electronically raped. And all of this is done by supposed neighbors- or gangstalkers who are allowed to use ‘neighbors’ homes. If all this- our feelings, body movements, frequencies and emotions are being downloaded by psychotic criminals- it makes sense that they would find a way to make money off it…”
Ella- “I heard them say an owner of a ‘domain’ could resell their TIs program when they were through with it. But that the buyer contract makes ‘access’ to the victim exclusive. Got up next morning thinking of the words ‘silent holocaust.’ Which is how most TI’s describe our torture and murder. But this is also a form of slavery. To sell someone or sell a part of someone is slavery.”
Ella- “You know that no one will ever believe this if you do print it.”
Joe- “Don’t care. Have highly intelligent friends who I love dearly, say if targeting with directed energy weapons actually exists -they don’t want to know about it.”
Ella- “Right.” Silence again.
Joe- “Never heard your information before. Thank you for being brave enough to share it.”
Ella- “At first I thought this was some kind of weird dream state when they began programing me. But with my hands flopped around, knew I was a TI. And after being electronically ‘sexed’… and ‘tortured,’ there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I was a TI. Now, I accept what is happening because I have too. Can’t run forever. Don’t have any more money to do that, my last job paid better and I used to have a savings account. Not anymore. -And I can’t be angry all the time. But what is happening is not me. Someone is doing this to me.”

Was in traffic a week ago and began sizzling as several cars pulled up to red light together.
After a horrific night (5-3-2018) of targeting with directed energy weapons took camera outside and photographed around home and vacant house next door. At driveway gate of vacant house photographed back door wide open. Called Aaron Stokes the new owner of 1561 S. Campbell Ave. Springfield, Missouri and left a kind message regarding his new acquisition having back door wide open. Stokes is an Assistant Broker for Greater Springfield Realtors. Above photos 4th to 7th of May reader can see photos of back door wide open, and vacant rental house used by criminals.

Over the next three days no response to phone message to Stokes. Kept photographing back door wide open in vacant house corner of Portland and S. Campbell. Finally on the 8th of May called Greater Springfield Realtors and asked to speak to a manager. Was transferred by secretary, to a woman subbing for managers ‘gone to lunch.’ Told her it was important to reach Aaron Stokes. Within the hour got a call from the new owner of the vacant house. -A rental used for over two years as a base for organized crime.
Stokes said he never received my phone message of May 4th. Let Stokes know that the I recorded the message to him. Stokes repeated the word, “recorded.” Later in the amicable phone call, Stokes said about recorded message, ‘That was good to record it.‘ Suggested to him that he might want to keep all the vacant house keys on his person, so they could not be copied.
In an hour Stokes had a lock man on the premises, changing out all door knobs and bolt locks. Know this because was on front porch saying morning prayers. Before leaving vacant house property the lock man came over kindly- and said he was going to get supplies to secure both gates in back of the property. Indeed both gates were fixed and secured, as were the doors. Doors all locked and secure.

Most of the targeting with DEWs from the vacant house in the past two years was done from the basement. Always basement light turned on at night. Sometimes the top floor. Dear God thank you for everything exactly the way it is today. Thank you God for bringing the Network into the light for justice and bringing the Network down to conquer them. We love you dear God.
